Your Company has contracted the services of Compensa Capital Humano, S.L. (hereinafter Compensa), the services related to its employees in this matter (flexible remuneration). In this sense, Compensa acts as Data Processor in the management of the services.

To which purposes will your personal data be processed? For how long?

The personal data you provide on the platform, will be treated in accordance with the following purposes:

• Management of the flexible compensation plan for the employee.

Your personal data will be processed for one of the indicated purposes.

At the end of the indicated period, your personal data will be kept blocked for the period during which any responsibility may arise in connection with such services. Once these potential responsibilities expire, your personal data will be permanently deleted.

Which is the legal basis for processing of your data?

The legal basis for the processing your personal data is the need to enforce and fulfil the employment contract with your Company (Compensa´s client), the fulfillment of legal obligations applicable to your employe or the satisfaction of legitimate interests of the same within the framework of the use, participation or contracting of the services offered. In addition, the contracting of certain services may require the consent of the interested party for one or more specific purposes.

Is your personal data shared with third parties?

Your personal data may, in some cases and within the purposes and services contracted by the employee through e-choice, be communicated to third parties when necessary to comply with contractual and legal obligations in each case and for the provision of contracted services.

What are your rights?

You have the following rights with regards to data protection: Right of access, rectification, opposition, suppression, limitation, portability, right to present a claim. To this purpose you can file a claim before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
